The Role We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who is both strategically sharp and operationally hands‑on and possess solid project management skills. You’re vibrant, confident in building relationships, and thrive in roles where collaboration and connection fuel success. Experience working with the real estate industry or similar partnership‑driven environments will set you up to hit the ground running. You’ll report to and work closely with the Head of Marketing to lead a diverse national events calendar and manage strategic industry partnerships that strengthen client and partner relationships. You’ll also support growth initiatives that align with our commercial strategy and contribute to our market presence. What You’ll Be Doing Lead Strategic Partnerships: Nurture partner relationships to extend reach, ensure long‑term value and shared success. Deliver Stand‑Out Events: Own the national events calendar end‑to‑end—from concept and design through to seamless activation and post‑event reporting. Execute with Excellence: Manage logistics, supplier relationships and delivery to ensure every partner event reflects our brand and delivers strong commercial outcomes. Strengthen Client Relationships: Manage national gifting and merchandise programs, ensuring seamless sourcing, design, fulfilment and allocation to deepen relationships and drive retention. Support Growth Strategy: Collaborate with product, sales and operations on go‑to‑market initiatives for new services, product launches and market expansion. What We’re Looking For Marketing background with a balanced blend of strategy and hands‑on delivery. Exceptional stakeholder management and organisational skills, with confidence at all levels. Commercial and data‑literate, able to connect marketing activity to business outcomes. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Digitally savvy, with experience using CRM and automation platforms valued. Ready to Shape Strategy and Deliver Impact?
