Medical (Radiology) Receptionist

At Lindfield Radiology we strongly believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare to every patient, every time. We are currently seeking a passionate (experienced preferable) Medical Receptionist to join our team in Lindfield. This is a permanent part full/part-time role working different shifts based on rosters between Monday - Friday from 9:00AM -5:00PM. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing high level reception duties and administrative services whilst ensuring the delivery of professional, caring and friendly services to patients, referrers and other customers. Responsibilities Welcome and process patients Schedule and manage patient appointments Process payments Follow up medical information with various third parties Manage telephone enquiries in a politely manner Carry out general reception duties Qualifications Previous reception experience (preferable) Possess a professional, patient, and courteous manner Strong communication skills both verbal and written Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong multitasking capabilities Benefits Professional network and mentoring opportunities Uniform provided Convenient public transport locations If you're looking for the next step in your career and are passionate about the delivery of excellence within healthcare services, we encourage you to apply today.
