This role presents itself as a great opportunity for an experienced commercial or residential sales executive looking to transition their career into a commercial sales focused role.You will work alongside the most successful and experienced operators in the country to maximise your income, build market share and become a dominant player in this space.Already equipped with Commercial sales and/or leasing knowledge we will provide you with the scope, autonomy, and development to show the professional value you can truly add, supporting you with the most comprehensive tools and infrastructure available that are the envy of the industry.As an Agent in our business, you will be responsible for the sale of Commercial properties across the Sydney Western Corridor. You'll develop a wide network of professional contacts and ensure that long-term relationships are maintained while new business is continually developed.QualificationsIf you fulfil the following criteria, we want to hear from youReal Estate License Minimum 2 years of working experience in real estate industry Property analytical skill is essential Understanding of Hindi, Mandarin or Cantonese highly desirable Entrepreneurial and commercially astute Strong work ethic and passion to succeed Confident, driven and enthusiastic Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills The ability to work in a team focussed environment A customer-centric attitude Willing and able to take responsibility for your own market and client base Additional InformationWe foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
