Role Description This is a full-time, part-time, casual on-site role based in Parramatta, NSW, for a Sales Executive (COMMISION ONLY) at A-Class Estate Agents. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, managing property listings, conducting property inspections, and negotiating deals. The Sales Executive will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, maintaining market knowledge, and providing excellent customer service throughout the buying or selling process. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships Proven sales skills, including negotiation and closing techniques Knowledge of property management and the local real estate market Organizational abilities to manage property listings and handle client inquiries efficiently Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and digital marketing platforms is an advantage Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Must hold a valid real estate license and have access to reliable transportation Previous experience in real estate or a sales-driven environment is preferred Job Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
