As a Customer Advisor you are in the driver’s seat of service, giving you the autonomy to do what you best – helping customers achieve their banking goals. In this dynamic and risky job you’ll mark by: Exploring customers’ needs through deep conversations to help them reach financial goals and partnering with various specialists within the branch. Keeping up with constant change, you’ll support customers with digital literacy and online banking as we keep moving everything. Being the face of the branch and service: you’ll be the go-to person for transaction, cash, investigating queries, paperwork but always with risk considerations. Embracing lifelong learning: you bring your brilliant mind, we will help you move your career thru on‑the‑job training and external dev opportunities. Building connections building our customers, giving back and making communities better. This is a part‑time role in Willows. The roster is 72.5 hours per fortnight with the schedule below; Monday 8:45 a.m – 4:30 p.m. Tuesday 8:45 a.m – 4:30 p.m. Thursday 8:45 a.m – 4:30 p.m. Friday 8:45 a.m – 4:30 p.m. What you’ll bring to the role In this role you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. You would love to have: Experience in customer service environment and hitting targets. Strong attention to detail to ensure secure accurate transaction with risk mind. Confidence to communicate customers face‑to‑face and phone. Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different. Drive for collaboration – mateship needed to work together and hit our goals. Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential. So, why work with us?
