Customer Advisor, Leave & Relief - Aitkenvale, QLD Branch Customer Advisor – Leave & Relief – Banking – Aitkenvale Join us as a Branch Customer Advisor in our Aitkenvale branch. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering a seamless and tailored customer experience. The role also covers our Townsville branch; a valid licence and transport are required. Hours Monday and Tuesday: 9:15 am – 4:15 pmWednesday and Friday: 9:15 am – 5:15 pmThursday: 9:00 am – 4:15 pm Key Responsibilities Support the Aitkenvale branch by providing the first point of contact for customers. Identify suitable products and services for customers, including account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions. Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital) to make banking simple, easy and secure. Qualifications Passion for delivering gold‑class experiences to NAB’s diverse range of customers. Team player with a keen eye for detail ensuring every transaction is efficient and accurate. Customer‑centric thinking and appreciation for inclusion and diversity. No banking experience required – full training provided.
