About the Team You will join the Workplace Health, Safety and Environment team which supports all RFDS WA bases and functions. The team works closely with aviation, engineering, clinical and corporate areas to strengthen safety outcomes and maintain a positive and proactive safety culture. Known for its practical approach and strong collaboration, the team provides clear guidance, incident support and system improvements that help keep our people safe. About the Role Triage aviation and WHS hazards and incidents and support investigations, reporting and corrective actions. Conduct WHS and aviation audits and inspections and report findings against legislation, policy and standards. Support safety committees and working groups by preparing agendas, minutes, reporting and safety updates. Coordinate workers compensation claims, return to work planning and case management. Support risk management processes, emergency management plans and the maintenance of safety systems. About You You bring experience in safety coordination across aviation or WHS environments and have a strong understanding of safety management principles. You have experience in incident investigation, return to work coordination and the application of safety legislation. You communicate clearly, build trust with colleagues and can influence others to improve safety outcomes. You are organised, proactive and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
