Business Development Manager Location: Cranbourne, VictoriaCompany: ASM ChilltechEmployment Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Role ASM Chilltech is seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead growth across our HVAC and refrigeration services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on winning new business, building strategic relationships, and expanding market presence in a technical services environment. You will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing a strong pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term partnerships. Working closely with operations, leadership, and technical teams, you’ll ensure customer solutions are competitive, deliverable, and aligned with ASM Chilltech’s service standards.
