With strong, sustainable growth in NSW, we are looking for Civil Construction Site Engineers to join our teams in Illawarra and Campbelltown/Western Sydney to contribute to the successful delivery of multiple new projects, guided by our core values: people, integrity, and a focus on clients and safety. Key Responsibilities Deliver civil construction projects on‑site to a high standard. Work collaboratively with project teams, including subcontractors and clients, to achieve successful outcomes. Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality to ensure targets are met. Provide guidance and support to site staff where required. Ensure compliance with all WHS, quality, and environmental standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 2–3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer in civil construction. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to deliver results collaboratively. Excellent communication skills to build lasting client and stakeholder relationships. Exceptional attention to detail and strong IT skills. Reliability and commitment to achieving deadlines.
