Responsibilities Ensure the delivery of high‑quality and accurate services to key clients by working closely with offshore teams. Manage the relationship of clients to ensure effective delivery of services. Ensure the team meets all regulatory and client reporting deadlines. Understand distribution tax information and conduct quality checks on distribution summaries. Assist with setting up new funds using a standard template and procedure. Maintain high standards of quality assurance on all applications, redemptions, switches and transfers from the offshore team. Quality check and distribute periodic, quarterly, distribution and exit statements to investors and clients within SLAs. Review, clear and sign off bank reconciliations. Review pending and settled reports and distribute to clients. Manage the compliance requirements for clients, reviewing incident reports and implementing remediation with internal and external compliance stakeholders. Ensure Calastone transactions, including daily reconciliations and issue resolution, are completed by the team. Understand and review fee rebate schedules and monthly, quarterly and annual distribution schedules. Oversee all training requirements for the team and ensure procedures are clearly documented. Assist the Team Leader on Transfer Agency projects. Prepare management reporting and attend client meetings with the CRM, if required. Assist with client relationships and ensure the quality of services meets client expectations. Work closely with key internal stakeholders on client management and delivery. Handle client escalations and resolve them in a timely manner. Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Business / Commerce / Finance discipline. Experience with offshoring processes and transformation. 4+ years of operational experience in unit registry or fund services. Previous experience managing teams.
