About the role In this 12-month fixed-term role youll provide on-site support for desktops laptops tablets mobile devices and first-level Helpdesk services across our locations. Youll be the go-to person for troubleshooting system maintenance and customer-focused tech support that keeps our business running smoothly. Flexibility is key as some shifts may start earlier or finish later depending on operational needs. What Youll Do Provide hands‑on IT support and resolve incidents quickly to minimise disruption. Deploy, maintain and troubleshoot end‑user devices and applications. Support network access, printing, conferencing and security updates. Deliver customer‑focused Helpdesk support both face‑to‑face and online. Contribute to continuous improvement and help shape our technology culture. What we’re looking for Experience in desktop and end‑user support ideally in a similar role. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Technical capability with devices, software and support systems (e.g. ServiceNow). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. A team player who thrives in a dynamic customer‑focused environment. Required Qualifications Diploma in a Technology related discipline or equivalent experience. Must hold a current drivers licence to travel between sites as required. Desirable Qualifications Microsoft certification in end‑user operating system support. Applications close - 29 September 2025.
