KAEFER Integrated Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiasticSenior Advisor - People and Culture to join our busy People and Culture team. This is a full‑time role which can be based from one of our offices in Queensland (Brisbane, Mackay or Gladstone), Adelaide or Perth with regular travel across the states to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Accountabilities Partnering with KAEFER's QLD and SA operations leaders to align workforce strategies with business objectives while also supporting our WA/NT teams as required. Manage and resolve ER matters - performance management, grievances, and workplace investigations. Coach leaders on people management best practices and compliance. Provide advice on the interpretation and application of Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, and the Fair Work Act. Design and deliver training sessions on People & Culture and leadership topics. Support workforce planning, demobilisation and redundancy process. Support leaders in managing union relationships and communications. Coordinate with leaders and migration agents to manage KAEFER’s sponsorship and visa applications. Drive continuous process improvement and conduct compliance reviews,, ensuring alignment with legislations. About you Tertiary qualification in HR management or related field. Experience in a similar industry, ideally within Construction or mining operating with multiple remote sites. Strong analytical capability with a focus on data‑driven insights and continuous process improvement. Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management, and relationship building skills. A collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
