About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to refine your craft in a prestigious kitchen, working alongside some of the industry's best. As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and executing high-quality desserts, you will manage your station efficiently, ensure consistency and uphold food safety protocols. The Ideal Candidate Must Have Demonstrated at least 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef in an al a carte restaurant Italian cuisine experience is highly regarded Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and lead a team Demonstrate positive attitude and genuine interest in the day to day operations Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S standards and compliance Experience in effectively maintaining and managing set ups, changeovers, closedown and handover to standard Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items Excellent attention to detail Outstanding time management during preparation and service periods Calm and composed demeanour Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays Qualification in Patisserie, Commercial Cookery or equivalent Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
