Solution Architect / Technical Delivery Lead – Saviynt IGA Clearance: NV1 Clearance (Mandatory) Duration: Contract / Long-term engagement About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Solution Architect and Technical Delivery Lead to join a major Federal Government project implementing a Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution. The role involves leading the solution design and overseeing the full delivery lifecycle—from discovery and design to build, test, and deployment. You will work closely with both the client’s stakeholders and the delivery teams to ensure a high-quality, secure, and scalable identity solution is implemented successfully. This position suits someone with a strong blend of technical leadership, hands‑on Saviynt experience, and the ability to engage across business and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the end‑to‑end design and delivery of the Saviynt IGA solution. Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee project phases including discovery, design, build, test, and deployment. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the delivery team. Ensure solution alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and best practices. Work collaboratively with project management, testing, and support teams to enable smooth delivery and transition to operations. Mandatory Requirements Current NV1 security clearance. Proven experience delivering identity and access management (IAM) projects. Hands‑on experience with Saviynt IGA solutions (design, configuration, and deployment). Strong identity solution architecture background. Demonstrated project leadership and mentoring experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Desired Skills Previous experience delivering solutions within a Federal Government environment. Ability to travel as project requirements dictate.
