The Role

We are seeking an Account Director to join our dynamic team, managing a diverse portfolio of brands across various industries. In this role, you will lead a team of talented professionals, ensuring exceptional client experiences while driving agency growth and fostering team development.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver market-leading media solutions to our valued clients
Lead and mentor a team of media professionals
Drive agency growth through innovative strategies
Collaborate with clients to achieve their business objectives

About You

You have 5-8 years of experience in the media industry and possess a strong ability to guide clients and stakeholders toward growth and positive outcomes. Your passion for media, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensures you pay high attention to detail. You thrive in managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously, which will be crucial for your success in this role. You’ll be inspired by, and work alongside, experts in the field.
