About the Role: As our Service Concierge, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face of our service department—creating a memorable first impression for every customer who walks through our doors. No two days are the same, and you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring our customers feel informed, valued, and genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive. Your day-to-day will include: Greeting and managing all service customers, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. Answering queries with confidence and providing clear guidance in a friendly, professional manner. Collaborating closely with Service Advisors and workshop teams to ensure customer needs, updates, and expectations are communicated seamlessly. Managing incoming calls, offering helpful information, or directing customers to the right person quickly and effectively. Providing administrative support to keep the service department running smoothly. Ensuring every customer receives outstanding service—every visit, every time. Our Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a people-focused role and brings energy, professionalism, and genuine care to every interaction. You will excel in this role if you have: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Immaculate personal presentation and a polished, professional manner. A proactive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Previous experience in customer service roles. The ability to stay calm, composed, and solution-focused under pressure. A current Australian Driver’s Licence. The ability to multitask and perform at your best in a fast-paced environment.
