Milestone Information Technology – Melbourne VIC Milestone IT is supporting a retail organisation seeking an experienced SAP QA Manager to lead quality assurance across multiple SAP workstreams and ensure delivery excellence throughout the programme. As the SAP QA Manager , you will design, implement and manage all quality frameworks across the programme. You will work closely with Program Leadership, SAP functional/technical teams, and external vendors to ensure testing coverage, risk mitigation and overall solution quality. This role is ideal for someone with deep SAP testing leadership experience who thrives in complex, fast‑moving retail environments. Key Responsibilities Define and oversee the QA strategy, testing frameworks and quality standards for SAP Lead test planning, execution, defect management and quality reporting Manage integration, regression, performance and UAT activities Ensure alignment across multiple SAP modules and workstreams Provide leadership across testing teams, vendors and business stakeholders Maintain governance of QA processes, tools and documentation Identify quality risks and drive proactive mitigation Ensure overall solution quality for an enterprise‑scale SAP programme What You Bring Proven experience as a QA Manager on major SAP or ERP transformations Strong knowledge of SAP testing lifecycle, methodologies and tools Experience leading large testing teams across functional and technical streams Ability to operate in a complex retail environment with competing priorities Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience Experience with S/4HANA, retail, supply chain or POS integrations highly valued Why Join?
