What You’ll Do Lead and manage complex site investigations, remediation programs, and environmental risk assessments. Supervise and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical and project management skills. Engage with clients and stakeholders, delivering high‑quality environmental solutions while building strong, lasting relationships. Oversee field programs, subcontractor management, and site‑based works, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently. Develop project proposals and budgets, contributing to the growth and success of our Newcastle East operations. Collaborate with our global team of experts, gaining exposure to innovative methodologies and best practices. What We’re Looking For A relevant tertiary qualification in geology, hydrogeology, environmental science, environmental engineering, or soil science. A strong track record in contaminated site investigations and remediation, with experience in a consulting environment. Technical expertise in preliminary and detailed site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation strategies. A commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices, particularly in high‑risk field settings. Excellent project management skills, including proposal writing, budgeting, and client engagement. Strong report writing abilities, with engagement in the Certified Environmental Practitioner Scheme or relevant professional industry bodies being highly regarded. The ability and willingness to travel to project sites as required. A valid Australian driver’s licence and full Australian work rights.
