About the Role In this role you will support users in effectively using the myNGR platform, providing troubleshooting guidance to ensure smooth operation. You will also participate in quality assurance and testing activities during development cycles and assist in preparing change management collateral to support the Customer Care team's adoption of new features. Key Responsibilities Frontline support for NGR’s customer enquiries via phone and email, assisting with system navigation, product utilisation, troubleshooting, and technical support. Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience at every interaction. Represent NGR as the voice of the organisation, ensuring service standards align with NGR’s founding cornerstones, internal procedures, and relevant legislation. Work with the Customer Care team to reach all identified targets and objectives. Conduct hands‑on testing throughout development cycles, including validating online and offline functionality to ensure the integrity of the final release to Production. Collaborate with product and development teams by reporting issues, identifying improvements, and providing user‑centric feedback. Prepare change management materials for the Customer Care team, ensuring new features and updates are clearly understood internally before they go live in Production. Build strong, trust‑based relationships that contribute to users’ retention, satisfaction and long‑term adoption. What We’re Looking For Experience in customer success, technical support, or a similar customer‑facing role (AgTech experience highly regarded). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes in practical terms. Experience with testing, quality assurance or user acceptance testing, particularly in technical environments. Understanding of change management principles or experience supporting internal teams through a bespoke platform. A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset, with strong organisational skills. Familiarity with Australian agriculture (advantageous, but not essential). Comfortable supporting a geographically diverse user base.
