Further information about HealthSmart is available on our website ABOUT THE POSITION We are seeking a long term assistant for our HealthSmart Box Hill pharmacy, commending mid January 2026 . The role includes customer service, utilising Fred POS, stock control, dealing with reps and liaising with the pharmacist. The role is Wednesdays and Thursdays 10.30am - 7pm ABOUT THE PERSON We need an enthusiastic, hard working pharmacy professional who is committed to the role, takes initiative and has capacity to manage all retail aspects of the pharmacy. The right candidate will be a naturally customer focused person who loves interacting with patients and answering their health questions. The ideal candidate will have: Customer centric focus. Ability to manage their time and the day to day operations within the pharmacy. Intuitive and leadership mindset , but with a hands on and can-do attitude. Excellent interpersonal communication skills Skills/Experience/Qualifications: Pharmacy experience S2/S3 accreditation – or willingness to get this Familiarity with Fred POS A current first aid certificate Most of all the successful candidate will be characterised by being dependable, capable, loyal and trustworthy with good capacity and EQ, strongly sharing the vision of the organisation.
