Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be the strategic HR lead and trusted adviser, driving people outcomes across the employee lifecycle. This role is hands-on and proactive, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, moves easily in a fast-paced tech environment and is passionate about talent development, organisational change and operational excellence.You’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, drive DEI initiatives, manage change at scale and mentor the broader HR team.
