About the Role As a Senior HR Business Partner you will partner with senior leaders to provide strong HR support and advice, utilising your expertise to enhance organisational culture. The role is a broad, full employee life‑cycle position, covering workforce planning, recruitment and selection, case management, performance planning and change management. You will develop policy, manage HR projects and serve as a trusted partner, offering tailored and tactful advice to a portfolio of client groups. Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders to deliver strong HR support and advice. Utilise HR expertise to enhance organisational culture. Develop policy and manage HR projects that improve culture and delivery. Oversee recruitment, attract talent and support hiring managers. Design and enhance talent‑acquisition processes. Address a comprehensive range of employee‑relations issues, including performance management, investigations and grievances. Coach people leaders to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture. Influence outcomes to ensure delivery for clients and the People and Culture objectives. Qualifications Relevant tertiary studies (e.g., HR management, business, psychology) or equivalent work experience. Experience developing, implementing and tailoring strategic HR initiatives (policy, employee relations, project management). Demonstrated success in case‑managing employee‑relations/HR issues. Partnership experience with hiring managers on talent acquisition. Ability to influence senior leadership and manage multi‑disciplinary projects.
