In just five years, we’ve gone from family kitchen to supermarket shelves across Coles, Woolworths, and 2,000+ independents. Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager to help take our brand & vision even further. The Role You’ll be the heartbeat of Bippi’s marketing, bringing strategy, creativity, and execution together to grow our brand across Australia (and beyond). This role is perfect for a hands‑on FMCG marketer who loves blending creativity with commercial thinking, and wants to work directly with the founder to build something special. What You’ll Be Doing Turn brand strategy into bold, effective campaigns that cut through Manage day‑to‑day marketing across digital, retail, events, and trade Own our digital advertising – across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube Lead product launches and retailer activations (Coles, Woolworths, independents) Plan and execute events and markets that bring the Bippi experience to life Oversee all content direction and mentor our Content Creator Work with the CEO to build and manage budgets, agencies, and campaign ROI What You’ll Bring 5+ years’ experience in marketing (ideally FMCG, food, or consumer brand) Proven experience across digital, social, trade, and retail marketing Comfortable managing Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads Excellent project management and creative briefing skills A knack for storytelling — and an eye for what works in today’s market A love for great food, Italian culture, and a brand with heart Why You’ll Love It Here Be part of a fast‑growing Aussie food brand with global ambitions Work directly with the founder and have a real voice in the brand’s future Creative freedom — and permission to try, test, and make magic happen Great team culture, flexible hybrid working, and plenty of chilli oil Apply now and join the Bippi family. #J-18808-Ljbffr
