This role is integral to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional support to their statewide sales function. About the Role As a Business Administrator, you’ll balance administrative responsibilities with sales support, working closely with internal teams and customers across Tasmania. Your role will include: Operational & Administrative Support Accurate data entry for invoicing and management reporting Maintaining payroll and staff records Assisting with stock and inventory management Coordinating with Transport, Production, and Despatch teams Managing office supplies and general administration Sales & Customer Support Supporting the Key Account Manager with inquiries and issue resolution Preparing contracts, proposals, and sales documentation Updating customer information in internal systems Ensuring customer needs are met within delivery and quality standards Compliance & Safety Upholding workplace health and safety policies Maintaining accurate WHS records Ensuring compliance with payroll and invoicing regulations Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Assisting with onboarding and training Identifying process improvements Supporting leadership with reporting and administrative tasks What We’re Looking For Previous experience in administration or sales support Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Customer service experience preferred Knowledge of payroll, invoicing, or finance administration is an advantage Why Join Our Client?
