Senior Mental Health Clinician – Acute Community Intervention Service Closing Date: 4th January 2026 Join our supportive multidisciplinary team as a Senior Mental Health Clinician for the ACIS team. The role is based in Albury Wodonga and Wangaratta within the AWH network, the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne. About the Role Work as a Senior Mental Health Clinician within the ACIS team. Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and Psychologists. Provide assessment, care and treatment for individuals with mental health disorders, following the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act, Recovery Principles and Trauma Informed Care principles. Support community‑based programs, acute care services, recovery and rehabilitation. Contribute to a diverse, culture‑inclusive workplace. Qualifications Current registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or equivalent with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA). Post‑graduate qualifications in psychiatric/mental health or completion of a specialist undergraduate psychiatric program. At least 5 years post‑graduate experience in mental health practice. Deep understanding of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act, Recovery Principles and Trauma Informed Care principles.
