As demand continues to grow, we're expanding our team and looking for a proactive and organised Pre-Construction Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of our projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in building approvals, coordination, or construction administration who enjoys dealing with people, solving problems, and keeping projects moving. About the Role As our Pre-Construction Coordinator, you will oversee the journey from sale to construction for a portfolio of residential projects. You'll manage all approvals, liaise with councils and certifiers, coordinate documentation, and ensure our clients experience a seamless and professional process. You'll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team that values initiative, communication, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Prepare, lodge, and track Complying Development Certificates (CDC), Development Applications (DA), and other required building permits Liaise with councils, private certifiers, engineers, planners, and other authorities Coordinate supporting documentation from surveyors, engineers, and external consultants Communicate with clients regarding approval progress and required information Collaborate closely with our Sales, Drafting, and Construction teams to keep projects on schedule Provide contract administration support and assist internal teams where needed Maintain accurate project records, milestones, and compliance documentation About You A team player who enjoys helping clients and colleagues Experienced in building approvals, construction coordination, or a similar admin role Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building approvals or construction coordination Knowledge of BCA requirements and NSW planning controls Confident communicating with councils, certifiers, clients, and internal stakeholders Highly organised, with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple projects at once and keep deadlines on track Comfortable reading building plans Proficient with Microsoft Office Proficient with AutoCAD Must have Australian work rights Why Join Pergola Land?
