JOB SUMMARY Maintenance Officer – Aged Care at Bolton Clarke (Parramatta). Permanent part‑time role, Tuesdays to Thursdays, 7:00 am‑3:00 pm. RESOURCES 8,500+ employees; 130,000+ clients across 43 retirement living communities and 88 residential aged care homes. Reporting to the General Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and undertake inspection & delivery of statutory, preventative & corrective maintenance of the facility. Provide supervision and coordination of site contractors. Ensure an aesthetic, compliant and safe working environment. Maintain property elements: cleaning, painting, lighting, TV installations, hanging paintings, disposal of rubbish, air‑conditioner checks, tiling, basic plumbing, furniture removal, and other general repairs. Execute planned maintenance of Home assets according to the Maintenance Plan and legislative requirements. Ensure all maintenance activity complies with legislation. Work with preferred suppliers, staying within budget and following workflow procedures. Carry‑out scheduled tasks within agreed timelines. OFFER Work culture that values and invests in your career. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years experience in a similar maintenance role. Experience in contractor management. Experience in managing site maintenance budgets, work orders and requisitions. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Knowledge & application of relevant legislation, codes & standards. Moderate computer literacy. OHS White Card. Current driver's licence. Pre‑employment medical assessment required. The successful applicant must complete a National Police Check and may need to complete an NDIS Worker Screen.
