Experience in OOHC, Youth Work, Residential Care or Mental Health Strong communication and teamwork Confidence responding to daily challenges Reliability, professionalism and compassion Highly regarded: mental health, disability or complex needs experience. Qualifications Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work, Community Services Strong documentation and computer skills Understanding of therapeutic, person-centred and strengths-based care Female Identified Position This role is open to female applicants only.
