If you’re looking for a workplace where your ideas are heard, your development is prioritised and your wellbeing truly matters, we’d love to hear from you Job Description As an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner with Proficient or Advanced suitability, working as a Team Lead will see you make a real difference in the lives of people living with disability by helping them and those around them. You will focus on enhancing quality of life, reducing behaviours of concern and promoting the rights of people with disability. You will support and lead a team of Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver evidence-based, person-centred positive behaviour support services to participants in the community. You live in or very close to the suburbs of Liverpool or Campbelltown or Blacktown or Penrith , or in the Canterbury-Bansktown area of Sydney.
