This is a senior appointment suited to a technically strong Accounting Leader who enjoys driving operational improvements, engaging with senior stakeholders, and leading a high-performing team. About the Position Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will oversee a team of six and take full ownership of financial accounting, statutory reporting, and the month-end close process. You will act as a key advisor across the business, partnering closely with senior executives to provide clarity on financial performance, ensure compliance, and uplift the organisation’s financial governance. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to step into a visible leadership position with genuine scope to influence the finance function’s direction and effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of six across financial operations. Own the month‑end close, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and continuous improvement in processes and controls. Oversee audit, statutory reporting, and all regulatory compliance requirements. Drive process improvement across finance operations, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance reporting quality. Build strong partnerships with senior executives and operational leaders, providing insights that support better decision‑making. Contribute to broader transformation initiatives that help modernise the finance function. About You CA/CPA qualified with a strong grounding in financial accounting, statutory reporting, and compliance. Proven leadership experience, and comfortable guiding, supporting, and developing a team. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to partner with senior leaders.
