Reporting to the Drafting Team Leader, you’ll create accurate, compliant CAD drawings with a focus on buildability. More specifically, you will: Interpret tender, council and supply authority documents to create detailed working drawings and construction details Produce site plans that balance client requests, compliance and buildability Prepare CDC/DA documentation and construction drawings in line with developer guidelines, council or certifying authority requirements Collaborate with internal stakeholders including project coordinators, estimators, colour consultants and the permits team Review and amend construction drawings as requiredProblem‑solve drafting and construction matters with a focus on buildability and efficiency Manage related administration tasks in line with company standards About you You’re detail‑oriented, solutions‑focused, and share our passion for being Australia’s leading residential builder. You’ll also align with our core values and bring: Experience using ArchiCAD for residential drawings Strong understanding of development approvals, construction and detailing processes Certificate IV (or equivalent) in Architectural Drafting Residential construction project experience (advantageous) Knowledge of the NCC, housing codes and relevant regulations Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and strong interpersonal skills We are keen to improve female (and other marginalised groups) representation in our workplaces.
