As Senior Manager, Philanthropy , you’ll take ownership of the organisation’s philanthropy and corporate high‑value partnerships strategy – driving growth across major gifts , trusts and foundations . In this pivotal leadership role, you will : Develop and execute strategies to grow major gifts and partnerships revenue Personally manage and secure multi‑year and transformational gifts Lead and inspire a high‑performing philanthropy team to exceed ambitious goals Work closely with senior leaders, Board and CEO to activate networks and deepen donor engagement Integrate philanthropy into broader marketing and supporter strategies for long‑term impact About you : You’re a strategic, relationship‑driven fundraiser with a strong commercial mindset and a proven record in major donor and corporate partnership growth . You bring a passion for impact, exceptional communication skills , and the ability to inspire confidence among senior stakeholders and donors alike.
