Key Account Manager Fire Safety - Melbourne Key Account Manager – Fire & Safety Services Location: Melbourne We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join a leading provider of fire safety and security solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to manage key client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing success of a company dedicated to keeping people and properties safe. About the Role Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in managing service, maintenance, and installation accounts across Queensland. Responsibilities Strengthening relationships with existing customers and identifying opportunities for growth Building new client relationships and expanding market reach Managing client contractual and compliance expectations Ensuring invoicing is accurate and on time, including follow-up of aged debtors Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and deliver exceptional service Providing regular pipeline updates and forecasting About You Experience in fire, HVAC, building automation, commercial electrical, or allied industries Proven track record in key account management and business development Strong relationship‑building, influencing, and negotiation skills Commercial acumen with understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability Ability to sell to major clients and SMEs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency What We Offer Competitive remuneration package, including vehicle or allowance, mobile, laptop, and incentives Opportunities to leverage existing client relationships and jump onto major projects Career progression and professional development support A supportive team environment and strong company culture Application Apply by sending your resume in Word format to **************@salexo.com.au.
