General Manager – Noosa Hills Par 3 Golf Course Full Time | Noosa, QLD Noosa Hills Golf Course is a thriving 36‑hole Par 3 facility with more than 600 members, strong daily visitor volume, and a growing reputation as one of the Sunshine Coast’s most welcoming and accessible golf destinations. We proudly lower the barriers to entry for golf — no bookings, relaxed atmosphere, and a friendly environment where everyone feels at home. The precinct also includes a state‑of‑the‑art Mini Golf facility completed in 2023. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and energetic General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the next stage of our growth. This is a hands‑on leadership role covering operations, staffing, customer experience, administration, marketing, finance, and strategic planning on and off the course. You will bring strong commercial discipline, a customer‑first mindset, and the ability to develop a positive, high‑performing team culture. Delivering a consistent, high‑quality experience for members and visitors sits at the heart of this role. Noosa Hills prides itself on providing the best‑value golf experience on the Sunshine Coast while continually reinvesting in improvements. Forward planning, budgeting and project management will be essential in delivering the upgrades and strategic initiatives ahead. What You’ll Do Lead day‑to‑day operations across the entire facility Manage clubhouse, retail, kiosk, mini golf and front‑of‑house teams Oversee stock and inventory management, including ordering, cost control and supplier coordination Recruit, train, develop and support operational staff Work collaboratively with the Greens Team on course standards, scheduling and resource planning Oversee membership administration, renewals and member communications Manage payroll, cash reconciliation, banking, financial reporting and commercial performance review Deliver competitions, events, group bookings and marketing/promotional activities Ensure full compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, and represent the business at licence‑holder level Uphold WHS compliance and ensure clean, safe and well‑presented facilities Maintain a visible, approachable presence across the course and clubhouse What We’re Looking For Strong experience in golf operations or golf‑club management Hands‑on leadership style — visible, proactive, positive and approachable Solid commercial, IT and financial literacy (Xero and Swiftpos experience an advantage) Proven ability to plan, prioritise and deliver operational improvements Excellent communication skills and a genuine customer‑first approach Flexibility to work peak periods as operationally required Why Join Noosa Hills?
