Become an integral part of the dynamic team at Manor Real Estate. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Property Management Teams while ensuring the smooth running of our reception area. This is a full‑time position, offering a competitive salary and excellent opportunities for professional development. The role is Monday to Friday - 9:00am-5:00pm. The Role Coordinate listing, exchange and settlement administration using structured checklists Prepare auction boxes, sales packs and marketing collateral Assist with contract preparation and documentation lodgement Liaise with vendors, purchasers, conveyancers and sales agents Maintain accurate sales files and compliance records Support leasing admin, including applications and lease documentation Assist with maintenance coordination and communication Prepare marketing materials and new management documentation Maintain PM records, keys, registers and compliance documentation Provide general support to the PM team as required Be the first point of contact for all walk‑ins and incoming calls Manage the presentation, cleanliness and day‑to‑day operation of the office Handle office supply orders, repairs and general administration Assist internal teams with ad‑hoc front‑of‑house tasks What You Bring Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administration, receptionist or coordinator role Real estate experience preferred, but not essential Strong organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail Polished communication skills and a professional client‑service mindset Confident using Microsoft Office and (ideally) real estate software Adaptability, initiative and the ability to operate at pace What We Offer Structured onboarding and cross‑department training A high‑performance, supportive team environment Genuine career progression across Sales, PM, Operations or Marketing Exposure to two of the industry’s highest‑performing departments Manor Real Estate is a leading real estate agency in the Hills District area, with a reputation for providing exceptional service to our clients.
