Do you like being the steady hand behind the scenes, ensuring the ICT and OT systems hum along efficiently, supporting staff across the Territory (yes, there’s some travel involved, and no, it’s not just for the scenery, though that’s a perk). What You’ll Do: Keep systems sharp, secure and up to date. Lead O365 upgrades and rollouts like a pro with no chaos, just clean execution. Solve Level 2 support puzzles before anyone’s coffee goes cold. Work with everyone from execs to end-users (with the odd 4WD road trip). And the REALLY Good Bit: A basic salary of upto $100,000 with 15.4% Super Salary packaging of up to $29,000 p.a. Annual airfare and district allowances Relocation and accommodation assistance Five weeks of annual leave + one week over Christmas/New Year 17.5% leave loading Flexible work options, including time-in-lieu and occasional WFH Travel allowances for regional trips What You’ll Bring: You’re a tech wrangler with MS365 smarts, a sharp eye for detail, and the patience of a saint when explaining “have you tried turning it off and on again?”. You’re organised, curious, and you actually like documentation. You must have a full Australian driver's licence and be comfortable operating a 4WD vehicle for those trips to remote locations. You must also be already living in Alice Springs or be prepared to relocate with full rights to work. Unfortunately, Visa sponsorship can not be supported.
