As Manager of QA & Testing Practice at TFA, you’ll be the architect of excellence, leading the evolution of testing across Agile domains, traditional projects, and BAU initiatives. This is your opportunity to shape enterprise-wide frameworks, drive automation maturity, and embed quality into every delivery heartbeat. You’ll lead the charge toward TMMi Level 4 maturity, championing scalable, cost‑effective testing solutions that support high‑stakes systems and dynamic delivery models. Your influence will span governance, strategy, and execution—ensuring QA is not just followed, but embraced. Your usual day in the office will include: QA Governance & Frameworks: Define and evolve enterprise QA standards aligned with Agile principles and business strategy. Testing Strategy & Maturity: Lead automation and Agile testing practices, targeting TMMi Level 4 maturity. Project QA Oversight: Own SIT and UAT frameworks, apply risk‑based testing, and ensure quality across all initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Build trust across teams, communicate QA value, and influence adoption of best practices. Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation in automation, maintain compliance, and embed QA into the delivery lifecycle. Your attributes Tertiary or professional qualification in information technology. 5+ years in QA/Test leadership roles with governance responsibilities. Strong understanding of Agile delivery and testing, with particular emphasis on Scaled Agile. Deep experience in SDLC, automation frameworks, and testing of large‑scale distributed systems. Knowledge of tools like Selenium, Nightwatch.js, RestSharp, Mocha, Chai, Postman. Proven ability to architect and maintain automation frameworks. Familiarity with Docker, BDD tools (Cucumber, SpecFlow, JBehave), CI tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, GO). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), version control (Git, SVN), and tools like JIRA and Mingle. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
