ICT Risk, Audit and Compliance Officer, Queensland Health Digital Metro North is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and manage the development and implementation of small and medium scale digital information, communication and technology (ICT) project/s within the Clinical Business Delivery stream. Reporting to the Delivery Stream Lead Clinical and Business Stream within the Digital Portfolio Services (DPS) you will manage and oversee the trends and performance outlined in project plans, budgets and scheduling to ensure the projects are completed at the right standard and timeframe. Reporting to the ICT Risk, Audit and Compliance Coordinator, you will be the point of contact and support for ICT risk, audit, and compliance matters for Digital Metro North. About the Role Reporting directly to the ICT Risk, Audit and Compliance Coordinator – you will support process development and implementation for information and communication technology (ICT) risk, audit and compliance administrative aspects of Digital Metro North (DMN). Operating with a high degree of independence, this position is required to set priorities and organise and monitor administrative operations to assist in meeting organisational goals and objectives. This role reports directly to the ICT Risk, Audit and Compliance Coordinator, Governance and Strategic Initiatives (GSI) team. This role will be required to work across multiple functions within the GSI team. Key knowledge and experience The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: Act as a point of contact and support for ICT risk, audit, and compliance matters for Digital Metro North. Work with teams across Metro North Health to gather and collate data to report on the level of compliance to federal and state legislation, Information Security Management System (ISMS), Essential Eight, and Queensland Health and Metro North Health digital and ICT policies and standards. Provide assistance and support for the Metro North Risk Management process and work with teams across Metro North to improve ICT risk and issue quality and timeliness. Support the ICT document review process to ensure feedback is collated and provided on ICT policies, standards and procedures in a timely manner. Provide assistance and support for the Business Continuity process and work with teams across Digital Metro North to develop, implement and test the business continuity plan.
