About the Role We are looking for experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners to provide life‑changing therapy to NDIS participants. No two days will be the same. Work in diverse settings—homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces and community centres. Utilize assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding. Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends). Develop and implement behaviour support plans with function‑based strategies, utilising a positive behaviour support framework. Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA). Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges. Attend weekly team meetings in the Hub; share stories of impact, coffee and laughs. Tap into the knowledge and support of your Team Leader and dedicated Therapy Mentor. Who We Are Looking For Our team thrives on shared values and a collaborative spirit. To work as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma) and relevant registration such as: Occupational Therapist: degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration. Speech Pathologist: degree in Speech Pathology and SPA registration. Social Worker: degree in Social Work and AASW membership. Mental Health Nurse: degree in Nursing and AHPRA registration. Psychology or related field degree. You will also need: Be deemed a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (letter evidence required). Minimum 12 months experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner. A positive and flexible approach to work. Strong communication skills and be a team player.
