About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Officer to join our finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial transactions, timely reconciliations, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Perform daily accounts payable and receivable operations, including data entry and reconciliation. Monitor and chase outstanding payments to ensure timely collection. Reconcile bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts regularly. Record weekly bank transactions and ensure all records are accurate and up to date. Maintain accurate settlement and reconciliation processes in line with contracts for both existing and new customers/suppliers. Respond to customer and supplier queries promptly and maintain positive relationships. Manage accounts-related emails and communication efficiently. Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes as required. About You Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable. Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in accounts payable/receivable or similar role. Strong understanding of reconciliation and financial accuracy . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). Excellent attention to detail , time management, and organisational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must have full working rights in Australia . #J-18808-Ljbffr
