A fast‑growing Managed Service Provider is looking for a talented System Administrator to take ownership of client systems, manage high‑level escalations, and play a key role in onboarding and supporting new clients. This is an opportunity to work across multiple environments, enhance automation and security, and collaborate with a skilled team that values initiative, problem‑solving, and professional growth. Base pay range $100,000–$130,000 per year + Super (depending on experience) Must Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident holder. Responsibilities Manage Level 3 service desk escalations and complex troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure. Deploy, configure, and maintain server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policies. Lead new client onboarding, ensuring consistent standards and secure transitions. Manage Intune/Autopilot for endpoint deployment and compliance. Optimise RMM tools (NinjaOne/Datto) for monitoring, patching, and automation. Implement and manage Conditional Access, MFA, and Defender policies. Support security audits, compliance initiatives, and backup management. Develop PowerShell scripts to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for internal and client reference. Qualifications 6+ years’ experience in IT system administration or similar, ideally within an MSP or multi‑tenant environment. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Entra ID, and Windows Server. Strong skills in automation and PowerShell scripting. Familiarity with RMM tools (e.g., NinjaOne, Datto, ConnectWise). Solid understanding of networking, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and communication skills. Microsoft Certifications such as AZ-104, SC-300, or SC-200. CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification. Experience with NinjaOne, Datto, or similar RMM platforms. Interest in cybersecurity and compliance frameworks. Please apply online or email your CV directly to .
