Business Development Manager (Cloud | AWS | Digital Transformation) Location: Australia (Remote – Anywhere in AU) We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive net-new customer acquisition and expand market presence across Australia. The ideal candidate is a hunter with deep expertise in cloud services, AWS go-to-market motions, and enterprise digital transformation. What You’ll Do Lead new business acquisition across enterprise and public sector accounts. Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned with AWS co-sell initiatives. Drive outbound prospecting and collaborate closely with AWS field teams . Position cloud migration, modernization, AI/ML & GenAI solutions to senior decision-makers (CIO/CTO/Head of Digital). Engage with AWS PDMs, ISVs, and cloud partners to unlock new opportunities. Leverage AWS programs (MAP, OLA, POC credits) to accelerate client adoption. Own the full sales cycle—from discovery to deal closure. Contribute to GTM campaigns, AWS events, and field activities. Track pipeline, co-sell activities, and performance metrics via CRM & AWS ACE. What You Bring 10+ years in business development / enterprise sales in cloud or digital transformation. Proven track record in net-new logo acquisition and closing large cloud deals. Strong understanding of the AWS partner ecosystem and cloud funding programs. Familiarity with cloud-native tech, AI/ML, and GenAI trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Bonus Skills Experience with AWS ACE, APN, Marketplace, or similar partner tools. AWS certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect Associate). Existing relationships with AWS sales, PDMs, or partner teams. Experience selling to BFSI, Healthcare, or Public Sector.
