Right now, we’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused coordinator to own the onboarding experience for our new employees and support our Talent Acquisition team. About the Role Based in our Clayton head office, you will: Be the key contact for new starters and their managers from letter of offer through to the end of probation Coordinate inductions and onboarding check-ins to ensure a smooth, welcoming start Prepare contracts, position descriptions and manage onboarding administration and systems Support recruitment activities including candidate communication, careers events, application screening and pre-employment checks Liaise with hiring managers on requisitions, induction plans and probation reviews to keep everything on track About You You’re a proactive coordinator with a positive nature, who loves helping people feel supported and set up for success. You communicate clearly and professionally and are genuinely passionate about delivering a great employee experience. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have experience in HR, recruitment, coordination or a similar admin role Are highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management Enjoy building relationships and providing great service to candidates and managers Are comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Are confident using systems (ATS, HRIS, MS Office/365, etc.) and learning new tech Are proactive, curious and keen to learn and grow your career in Talent/HR Why Join Our Team?
