Plan and oversee special events to ensure efficient service and excellent guest experiences. Manage the procurement and pricing of supplies while adhering to budget guidelines. Keep accurate documentation of inventory levels and financial transactions. Ensure the dining area meets health and safety standards and is clean, well‑maintained, and welcoming. Engage with customers to evaluate their satisfaction with food quality and service. Recruit, train, and supervise both front‑of‑house and kitchen staff to uphold service standards. Handle reservations, welcome guests, and assist with order‑taking when needed. Qualification & experience AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field or equivalent work experience Minimum 1‑3 years of experience in a related position.
