As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented Chef to join our kitchen team and help uphold the quality and consistency our guests enjoy. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items with a focus on flavour, presentation, and consistency. Collaborate with the team to design and update menu selections, seasonal dishes, and daily specials. Oversee day‑to‑day kitchen operations, including stock control, ordering supplies, and monitoring ingredient usage. Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness. Provide leadership and guidance to junior kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work culture. Ensure accurate portioning and plating to meet our restaurant’s presentation standards. Support catering, events, and peak service times to ensure smooth and timely service. Share ideas to enhance menu variety, streamline kitchen processes, and minimise waste. Qualifications and Experience Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification). At least 3 years of experience as a Chef in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen. Strong culinary skills, including knowledge of modern cooking methods and menu development. Ability to perform well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
