Senior Campaign Manager

Base pay range: A$160 - A$180 per year Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing Industries: Insurance and Insurance Agencies and Brokerages A role with the variety of an agency role, with the impact of being in house. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive Senior Campaign Manager to support a range of marketing efforts; from participating in brand workshops, to ensuring websites and collateral are done to spec and without errors, to helping many different brand partners with their go-to-market strategy. The focus of the business is investing in insurance entrepreneurs, bringing guidance, marketing expertise, underwriting know-how, and access to international licenses. And we are seeking an individual with a strong background in performance marketing, particularly within the digital space, who is confident in contributing to digital marketing strategies and managing conversion funnels. You will have had exposure to building and executing brand value propositions and messaging hierarchy, and be someone who is imaginative, detail-oriented, and deeply values the importance of building and nurturing strong relationships. Working closely with the Global CMO as their right hand and 2IC, you'll be an integral part of a small but highly capable 2 person team, making a significant impact to the growth of multiple brands and insurance products. What you'll do : Drive and roll-out new brand strategy across multiple touchpoints including websites, collateral, PR communications, LinkedIn and other marketing channels Drive performance and digital marketing for partner businesses Support partners in curating content for social, email, and web, ensuring it's on-brand and effective Conduct market research, spotting trends, tracking competitors, and finding opportunities to boost brand presence and growth Build trust with partners, agencies, and internal Work closely with the Global CMO to help build consistent frameworks About You : Experience in leading integrated campaigns from strategy to execution — ideally across multiple brands and markets Confident in performance marketing and the digital space, with an eye for conversion rate optimisation and analytics Know your way around brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks Excel at building relationships; able to work with founders, partners, agencies, and internal teams. Adaptable and able to zoom out to see the strategy and zoom in to perfect the detail Organised, deadline-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment This is a role where you'll be challenged, develop and improve on your marketing skills, and have multiple growth opportunities.
