About the Role As a Solution Architect focused on manufacturing, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Consulting teams to scope, architect, and guide the implementation of business-critical systems. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, delivering solutions that meet and exceed expectations. You’ll design scalable, commercially sound solutions aligned with business goals and real value. You’ll proactively identify opportunities for innovation, mentor peers, and contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Your ability to adapt quickly, learn on the fly, and navigate ambiguity will set you apart in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Lead solution architecture during implementation and mentor delivery teams. Design and specify scalable, best-practice solutions tailored to client needs. Provide pre-sales support including RFP responses, demos, and workshops. Conduct scoping studies and business consulting engagements. Build strong relationships with clients and software partners. Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and team development. What You’ll Bring 10+ years in solution architecture and pre-sales roles – manufacturing Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, or ITSM platforms. Proven experience in designing and delivering complex business solutions. Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills. A relevant tertiary qualification (preferred). You are someone who consistently puts the customer first, building trust and delivering exceptional service. You thrive in ambiguous situations, adapting quickly and making sound decisions even when information is limited. With a natural curiosity and a proactive mindset, you embrace new challenges and technologies, learning on the fly to stay ahead. You approach problem-solving with creativity and depth, always seeking effective and scalable solutions.
