Trade Support Analyst / Engineer Join our Global Trade Support Services team and play a vital role in delivering end-to-end support across the trade lifecycle. Partner with both Trading and Execution teams (front office) and Allocation and Settlement teams (back office) to ensure efficient operations and outstanding service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Support the front-to-back trading desk and operational technical support teams across the Global Equities platform estate. Ensure the technical delivery of key operational projects and initiatives. Provide regular updates regarding Equities Operational changes to Macquarie business stakeholders, users, and the wider Technology Enterprise team. Work closely with business stakeholders and deliver prompt responses to inquiries. Support key cash execution platforms including vendor products such as Instinet Newport, FIS and Fusion Raptor. Establish partnerships with stakeholders to coordinate a variety of projects in a highly operational and regulated environment. What You Offer 1+ years’ experience in a previous Front/Back Office Support role. Experience working with execution and trading platforms – exposure to Instinet Newport, FIS, and IRESS is highly regarded. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Unix, and SQL (both in a physical and Cloud environment). Experience with order lifecycles to support Trading products. Familiarity with Electronic Execution (Algorithmic & DMA trading) and FIX protocol. Benefits 1 wellbeing leave day per year. Up to 5 additional service bonus leave days per year.
