About the role As a Project Manager at Century Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex engineering projects on time, within budget and to the highest standards. Based in our Edinburgh office, this full-time position will see you overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and resource allocation to stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation. What you'll be doing Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear objectives, milestones and deliverables are defined. Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving any issues or delays proactively. Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Communicate project status and performance to key stakeholders, including clients and senior management. Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing appropriate contingency measures. Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance project delivery. What we're looking for Proven track record in project management, ideally within the engineering industry. Minimum 5-8 years of project management experience required. Knowledge of fabrication. Metal fabrication knowledge is essential for this role. Excellent planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Ability to work under pressure and deliver high‑quality results. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Relevant tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or a related field.
