We are seeking an experienced Account Manager/ Business Development Manager to join our sales team and continue client growth across Australia. This is a full‑time permanent position based in (Auburn 2144) Sydney NSW. The role Reporting to the Group Commercial Manager, this is a critical position in the sales team and the right candidate will be responsible for Account Management, retention, driving growth and success in the Print Management division. You will identify new business opportunities, build, and maintain strong client relationships, and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth. This role requires leadership skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve sales targets within Australia. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities across the TMA Group of companies. Establish and maintain solid relationships with existing clients and cultivate new relationships with potential clients. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that the company delivers quality service. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote the company’s products and services. What you’ll need To be successful in this role you need to have experience in Account Management, business development and sales in print, packaging, warehousing, and logistics. It would be ideal if you are a self‑starter with a passion for sales and business development, have strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills and a network within the industry to grow your client portfolio. Skills and Experience Experience in print or print related industry including packaging, POS, Digital, Wide format and 3PL/4PL. A self‑starter with a passion for sales and business development. A well networked BDM who understands the industry and can seek out short‑and long‑term solutions. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
